Here is a showcase of my key projects and work in mechanical engineering design and analysis:

• Design of a Modular, Versatile, Frugal, Small-Scale Agricultural Machine for Cash Crop Cultivation in Nepal.

  In 24-hour 3D Design Hakathon, together with my peers I designed cash-crops planting, seeding machine. Features:

  • Multi-functionality: Ability to perform multiple farming tasks with interchangeable modules.
  • Adaptability: Operates smoothly in both dry and wet soil conditions.
  • Affordability: Low production and maintenance costs using local resources.
  • Ease of Use: Simple controls suitable for farmers with minimal technical expertise.
  • Scalability: Base design can be enhanced with automation features in the future.

• Internship at Gorkha Brewery Pvt. Ltd.

  During a one-month internship at Gorkha Brewery, I primarily worked in the utility department. Key tasks included:

• Fabrication of Plastic Injection Molding Machine

  Together with my peers, I designed and fabricated a working model of a plastic injection molding machine using locally available materials. Key achievements:

  • Conducted a production process analysis to identify optimization opportunities

• Design and Fabrication of Distillation Apparatus for Alcohol Micro Distillery

  In this final year project, we enhanced the traditional distillation process for Nepali alcohol. This work integrates modern engineering principles while preserving traditional methods.

• Secured 3rd rank in the IOE BE/BArch Entrance Exam - 2077
• Won 24-Hour 3D Design Hakathon for 'the Design of a Modular, Versatile, Frugal, Small-Scale Agricultural Machine for Cash Crop Cultivation in Nepal' at MechTrix-2081
• Won the Best Engineering Award for the Plastic Injection Molding Machine at MechTrix - 2079
• 2nd Runner-up – Nepal Techno-Fest 2025 for the Design and Fabrication of Distillation Apparatus for Alcohol Micro Distillery.
• Independent Treasurer Candidate – FSU 2081: Received 599 votes (20%) in the Free Student’s Union election at IOE Pulchowk Campus.
• Developed a YouTube community of over 9,800 subscribers by delivering consistently engaging content.
